Public Transport Regulation Act 2009

Replacement

Under the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008, the Dublin Transportation Office was to be replaced by the Dublin Transport Authority; however, before this was enacted, the name was changed to the National Transport Authority under the Public Transport Regulation Act 2009, and the remit was enlarged accordingly.
