Transfer of Function

Tuesday 8th of February 1977

Functions vested in the Minister for Lands by or under the Land Purchase Acts and any other functions in relation to the Irish Land Commission vested in the Minister for Lands transferred to the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries. Department of Lands became the Department of Fisheries under S.I. 29/1977; Department of Agriculture and Fisheries became Department of Agriculture under S.I. 31/1977.
