Responsibility for Equality, Integration, Disability and Human Rights transferred from the Dept of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs to the Dept of Justice and Law Reform, which became the Department of Justice and Equality under S.I. No. 138/2011, effective 2 April 2011.
